This Employee Disclosure Statement has been prepared by FKT GÜZELLİK AKADEMİ KOZMETİK VE DAN. LTD. ŞTİ. 2. Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through various channels to fulfill legal obligations, execute employment contracts, and ensure the Company’s legitimate interests. Examples include:

✔️ Information provided during job applications and onboarding processes, ✔️ Time-tracking systems used to monitor employee check-in and check-out times, ✔️ CCTV recordings used for workplace security, ✔️ Medical records collected by workplace healthcare professionals.

According to KVKK Article 5/2 (c), (d), and (f), data processing is based on: ✔️ Execution of an employment contract, ✔️ Legal obligations requiring data collection, ✔️ The Company’s legitimate interests, as long as fundamental rights and freedoms are not infringed.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The Company processes personal data for the following purposes:

✔️ Execution of Employment Contracts: Payroll processing, leave management, termination procedures. ✔️ Compliance with Legal Obligations: Social security reporting, workplace safety procedures. ✔️ Ensuring Workplace Security: Monitoring employee movements, maintaining CCTV footage. ✔️ Enhancing Customer Satisfaction: Managing customer feedback, monitoring employee performance.

4. Sharing of Personal Data Within Turkey

Personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions when required by law or with third parties in necessary cases, such as: ✔️ Social Security Institutions for employee benefits and payroll processing, ✔️ Building management for workplace security access control.

5. Sharing of Personal Data Abroad
