Right to Apply to the Data Controller
As a data subject, in accordance with Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the provisions of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 on 10.03.2018, you may submit your requests regarding your rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK through the methods outlined below.

Mandatory Information for Application Processing
For your application to be processed, it must contain the following details:
- Full name and signature for written applications,
- Turkish Citizenship Number (for Turkish citizens), passport number, or identity number (if applicable, for foreign nationals),
- Residential or workplace address for notifications,
- Email address, telephone, and fax number (if available),
- A clear description of your request specifying which KVKK right you are exercising.
Please note that applications missing required details cannot be processed.
Rights of the Data Subject Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of personal data processing and whether they are used in accordance with the stated purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred within the country or abroad,
- Request correction if personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
- Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Object to any result arising against them due to the exclusive analysis of their personal data by automated systems,
- Request compensation if they suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Evaluation and Response Time for Applications
Applications made by data subjects will be concluded within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request, and will be processed free of charge. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK).
To ensure a quick and efficient evaluation of applications, it is essential that your request is as clear, detailed, and complete as possible. Applications with missing or incorrect information may be delayed or not processed.
