This policy summarises how we handle your personal data when you use www.renewandrevive.co and Renew & Revive's contact channels (phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, website chat, email). The data controller is FKT GÜZELLİK AKADEMİ KOZMETİK DANIŞMANLIK LTD. ŞTİ. The full description of which data is processed, for which purposes and on which legal grounds is in the Privacy Notice; details on cookies are in the Cookie Policy. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1. What we collect

• What you give us: the name, phone, email and message you enter in forms; your messages in messaging channels; your appointment details; forms you complete at the salon.
• What is generated when you use the site: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited. Analytics and marketing cookies run only if you allow them in the cookie preferences screen.
• Where you came from: if you arrived by clicking an ad or a campaign link, the campaign information in the link and the ad click identifier. Ad click identifiers are not stored unless you allow marketing cookies.

2. Why we use it

• To respond to your request, book your appointment and provide the service.
• To contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email. Campaign and promotional messages are sent only with your commercial electronic message approval.
• To measure service quality and which requests our ads bring in.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and misuse.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with providers that help us run the service (customer communication and CRM software ConnectWiz, hosting and content delivery, email delivery, accounting) and with authorities where legally required.

Advertising platforms: data is shared with advertising platforms such as Google and Meta only with your explicit consent:

• through tags in your browser, if you allow marketing cookies in the cookie preferences screen;
• from our server, the irreversibly hashed form of your phone number and email address and the outcome of your request (information request, appointment, purchase), if you tick the "For ad measurement" box in our forms.

The purpose is to measure whether our ads actually bring in customers. Your health data is never shared with advertising platforms.

4. Security

Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access is limited to authorised staff, and our providers are bound by contracts with confidentiality and data security obligations. Card details are not stored by the Company; they are processed by the payment institution.

If you have created a member account on our site, do not share your password, use a strong password, and if you notice unauthorised activity, change your password and let us know.

5. How long we keep it

We keep requests that did not lead to a service for 2 years from the last contact, customer and invoice records for 10 years as required by law, and advertising source information for 13 months. Details are in the Privacy Notice.

6. Your rights and choices

• Access, correct or delete your data and exercise your other rights under KVKK Article 11.
• Change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the cookie icon on the page.
• Withdraw your ad measurement consent and your commercial electronic message approval at any time.
