Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about this content

How many laser hair removal sessions do I need?

6–8 sessions is a common range for most areas. The exact number depends on the area, hair density and hormones; your plan is set at a free hair analysis.

Does laser hair removal hurt?

Sapphire contact cooling keeps the skin cool; most people describe a quick snap and warmth. It feels stronger in early sessions and eases as hair thins.

Can laser be used on darker skin?

Yes. The 1064 nm wavelength on our device allows safer settings for olive and darker skin; suitability is confirmed with a patch test.

How should I prepare for a laser session?

Shave the area with a razor the day before, avoid waxing and tweezing, skip sunbathing for two weeks and tell us about any medication.

Is laser hair removal permanent?

Laser gives permanent hair reduction; once the course is complete, most hair does not grow back. Hormonal changes may call for a few touch-up sessions over time.

Do you offer laser hair removal for men?

Yes. We have dedicated plans for the beard line, nape, back, chest, arms, legs and intimate area.

How do I know which facial suits me?

An AI-assisted skin analysis reviews your skin structure, moisture balance and pores before treatment, and we recommend a facial based on the result.

Is there a charge for the skin analysis?

No. The skin analysis is free and doesn't tie you to a package.

How long does a facial take?

Usually 30–60 minutes, depending on the treatment.

How often should I have a facial?

Every 2–4 weeks suits most people for a regular routine; your schedule is set after the skin analysis.

What does Hydrafacial do?

Hydrafacial combines cleansing, gentle exfoliation, vacuum-assisted deep cleansing and hydrating serums in one session; it is popular for congested pores and dullness.

Do you do botox or fillers?

No. Botox, fillers, mesotherapy and needle-based procedures are medical procedures and are not performed at our salon. We offer needle-free salon treatments.

Do body contouring treatments make you lose weight?

No. Body contouring treatments are not a weight-loss method; they support a reduction in measurements in the target areas.

What is the difference between G5 massage and Smart EMS?

G5 is a vibrating mechanical massage aimed at the look of cellulite and circulation. Smart EMS works the muscles with a magnetic field (it is also known as EMSculpt); no electrodes or gel are used, and it supports firmness.

What is Magic Shape?

Magic Shape is a body contouring treatment that combines radiofrequency, vacuum and massage in a single session.

How long is a Smart EMS session?

Smart EMS sessions take about 25 minutes; they are usually planned 2–3 times a week, and most programmes run 6–10 sessions.

Who should avoid body contouring treatments?

Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, has a pacemaker or metal implant, or has serious heart, liver or kidney conditions should check with a doctor first.

Does lymphatic drainage help with water retention?

At our salon lymphatic drainage is done with a device and an air-pressure garment, not by hand; it supports lymph flow and can ease puffiness and heaviness. It is not applied to the face. If you suspect medical oedema, see a doctor first.

How long does gel polish last?

Usually 2–4 weeks on fingernails, depending on how fast your nails grow and how you use your hands.

How often do nail extensions need infills?

Usually every 3–4 weeks, depending on how fast your natural nails grow.

How long does a manicure take?

A classic manicure takes about 30–50 minutes; adding gel polish or nail art makes it longer.

How often should I have a pedicure?

Every 3–4 weeks is enough for most people; if your heels harden quickly, the interval can be shorter.

Can you treat a nail with suspected fungus?

No. If a nail is discoloured, thickened, lifting or inflamed, we recommend seeing a dermatologist first.

What hygiene measures do you take?

Metal nail tools are sterilised and every client gets a single-use file.
