2. First Appointment and Assessment
Every service at our salon starts with an assessment to understand what you need. What happens depends on the service:

3. How to Prepare
For laser hair removal
- Shave the area with a razor 12–24 hours before; do not wax or pluck.
- Avoid strong sun and sunbeds for at least two weeks beforehand.
- Come without cream, deodorant or perfume on the area.

For facials
- Come with no or light make-up if you can.
- Pause strong acids or retinol at home for a few days beforehand.
- Note down or photograph the products you use.
For body contouring
- Wear comfortable clothes and avoid a heavy meal right before.

4. How Long Does the First Session Take?
It depends on the service and area. As a guide: Hydro Facial and Genosys facials take about 60 minutes, Smart EMS sessions usually 20–30 minutes, and a single-colour gel polish manicure 45–60 minutes on average. On your first visit, allow a few extra minutes for the assessment.
5. Aftercare and Follow-Up
We go over aftercare and agree on the timing of your next session. We track changes in hair density for laser, centimetre measurements for body contouring and how your skin responds for facials, and adjust the plan when needed.
