As Renew & Revive and its personnel, we would like to inform and enlighten you about your personal data provided to us within the scope of the services we offer, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

In case of written requests, the “KVKK Application Form” available on our website, signed in wet ink, can be submitted in person with a document verifying your identity or with a notarized power of attorney to DEĞİŞTİRİLECEK address. The form can also be sent by a notary.
