As Renew & Revive and its personnel, we would like to inform and enlighten you about your personal data provided to us within the scope of the services we offer, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). We would like to assure you that we take maximum care to ensure the privacy and security of all personal data you provide to us, and that all necessary technical and administrative security measures are taken to protect this data.

Your personal data is collected by Renew & Revive through verbal, written, or electronic channels (such as documents, contracts, and forms in physical environments; through the corporate website, emails, internal software, audio recordings, and call center systems in electronic environments). Your data will be processed based on your explicit consent or, where applicable, the following legal grounds:

TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

CONTACT INFORMATION FOR REQUESTS
In case of written requests, the “KVKK Application Form” available on our website, signed in wet ink, can be submitted in person with a document verifying your identity or with a notarized power of attorney to DEĞİŞTİRİLECEK address. The form can also be sent by a notary.
For electronic requests, you can send your application to [email protected] using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or via the email address you previously provided and registered in our systems, in accordance with Article 5 of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.”
Your requests will be responded to in writing or electronically as soon as possible and no later than thirty days after the request is received, depending on the nature of your request.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and object to the processing of your personal data at any time.
3. Processing and Sharing of Personal Data In addition to the aspects specified in the Information Notice, I explicitly consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
Analysis of Usage and Shopping Habits: My shopping and usage habits can be analyzed to inform me about special offers, discounts, campaigns, new services, and benefits.
Marketing and Promotional Activities: I consent to receiving marketing content, advertisements, and personalized promotions via email and SMS.
Consumer Preference Analysis: My existing data can be analyzed to create personalized offers and recommendations.
Processing of Personal Data: My name, surname, city/country of residence, date of birth, email address, phone number, gender, and IP address can be processed.

Processing and Sharing of Health Data During the beauty services I receive, I consent to the collection of only the minimum necessary health information to protect my health, ensure the safe execution of procedures, and share this data exclusively with qualified specialists and authorized personnel.
5. Explicit Consent Confirmation I have freely and consciously accepted all the information provided above. I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by contacting the relevant communication channels.
